(34,105 posts)4. I clearly remember the first time I saw that.
I was watching with my brother. He was back from college, it was a Saturday night and I believe it was after Mary Hartman . We laughed so hard and laughed the day after and brought it up often and laughed. It remains one of my favorite skits because of that memory with my brother.
*I could be wrong about the Mary Hartman thing.....getting too old to remember. It had to be about 40 years ago. YIKES!

I remember when I first saw that routine!!
From now on he will definitely be Willard Smythe St. John Romney in my book.
BTW, did you notice how adept they were at "Kick the Beggar", "Run Over the Old Lady", and "Insult the Waiter"? The Python boys must have been time travelers!
