I have seen the in this several movies but this was so inspiring. I felt the emotion of the honor they gave their teacher.

I was first introduced to them while I was following the Standing Rock Water Protectors actions, which garnered indigenous (and other) support from around the world. SO inspiring, all the support and the linking of all the world's peoples.

My son watched the Maori All Blacks (name of team) play in Philly in 2013.

was originally to intimidate their enemies before going into battle. I didn't know there was a "tribute" haka. Maybe 'haka' means anything you want it to mean now.

In 2008, Munster played NZ and 4 of the Munster players were New Zealanders, who did their own haka to meet the challenge laid down by the ABs haka.



This one, Munster Rugby v NZ Maoris in Thomond Park came shortly after the death of Munster coach and legend, Anthony Foley. The Maori captain laid down a NZ shirt with AF on the back, before leading his team in the haka
