I first made this video in 2012 after the catfood commission threatened SS benefits. It is still as true now as then -- maybe more so.

Social Security is a paid for insurance program to help Americans in their old age. It is not a welfare program.
We pay for Medicare the same way too. We will fight if anyone tries to take these earned benefits away.

Because I've paid full-boat into SS and Medicare for over 40 years now, and as far as I'm concerned, those aren't entitlements. Those are EARNED BENEFITS. When the Republicans attack this again we need to fight tooth and nail to keep the greedheads from stealing our money.
