Like, HELLLLOOO ... POSSIBLE we just might lose the Senate come November given how Blue the wave is trending of late! And 2020 looks REAL bad.

Not to mention it ain't the POTUS's place to be dictating Senate Parliamentary procedures.

Then again, if Trump throws him a nice war ...

That way, when those dastardly Dems take the Senate, you won't be able to pass anything and they'll override your vetoes and make you look like the weak, bumbling, incompetent clown you've always been.
