where there are no real fish left in the ocean but robotic Fish that learn to rebuild themselves and become monsters... people would never swim again... make a great sci fi movie.,

being chased by metal monsters on the sea and land, and they had to develop a proton gun (or some kind of energy blaster) to be able to dent its hardened, fine armour.
