That does sell in Junior High but starts to fade in High School. Belief in tough talk says more about those being conned than the cowards doing the talking.

Times change, and the fact that the USA and SK decided to conduct military drills yesterday, and I am not sure why no one is talking about it, makes it hard for anyone to think the other side of the negotiating table is serious.

I believe it was Chomsky who explained it very well. The USA destroyed North Korea during the Korean war, the Koreans are afraid that it can happen again so the natural thing to do is to try to get ready and do your best to prevent it from happening again. Its like having your kid get beat up in school, you are most probably going to get him in Karate or boxing lessons to make sure he can defend himself if the opportunity presents itself again.

Joe keeps bringing up Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev, and the truth is that Mikhail Gorbachev wanted a better Russia, he wanted a country out of conflicts, he was a willing negotiator, and Reagan did not do anything to undermine the sincerity of the negotiations.

Now we have crazy bolton screwing things up. What was the need to have military drills a few days before the so called meeting? Ask yourself what you would have done if the same thing had happened to you, would you have been upset at the demonstration of the mighty military exercise? I would have.
