Most bigots I know would call from the safety of their car or apartment.

she called several times and hung around for two hours, harassing these people, waiting for police to arrive.

I wish that these people would remember something: 911 is for serious emergencies. The dispatchers even answer the call with "911, please state the nature of your emergency." What makes these people think that folks BBQing or some graduate student falling asleep over a stack of books or wearing baggy pants is a fucking emergency ?? Someone with a life and death situation needs that dispatcher and the EMTs to be able to respond.

STOP taking up the valuable time of 911 dispatchers with your petty, stupid, moronic racist complaints. Get a life. Preferably your own.
