He flips all the time, and for some reason, the right is still sticking with him. I'll tell you why it won't matter. They simply HATE Obama. Rmoney can say anything he wants. The right will NEVER change their vote.

(8,084 posts)"Chris Wallace and Britt Holmes are Republican "in name only". They are not true Republicans.
That's what the said when Colin Powell Endorsed Obama, When Dick Cheney said Palin was a mistake
and it's how they will rationalized this stark bit of truth that accidently seeped out on Faux News

(53 posts)Agree that the true believers don't care what Romney stands for (if anything) as long as he isn't a Gay Kenyan Muslim.
However, the wishy washy 10% of folks in the middle really do change their voting behavior based on public perception. They're horribly and willfully uninformed, but if the cast of Jersey Shore or American Idol start tossing Romney flip flop jokes, they'd make a difference.

(11,514 posts)Somehow all the doctors, dentists, fast food dispensaries, auto repair shops, etc. etc. blare Faux News to the captive audiences. There are bound to be at least a few people on the fence who can be swayed by the Faux BS. And they do a pretty good job too, they'll show a few human interest stories, the weather, a little bit of genuine news, and then throw in their right wing BS. Someone who truly doesn't pay much attention to politics could definitely be swayed.
