Hitting the hay now. If I go w/o food I'm ok. Lack of sleep, I'm a mess. sprinkleeninow Nov 2018 #5

Thanx for all your posts.
I'm 'gittin' along little doggie'. I truly hate what happened to me. I sleep for a few hours then get up with creepy crawlies, restless leg. I haven't a clue. Seeing an orthopedic doc Tuesday. My shoulder/arm is getting somewhat better. I get so down. Sorry to have laid that on you.

Hope you are faring well. You have gotten some snow already?
Love to you and yours....

Sorry that you're not back to yourself, but sounds like a big improvement. And I understand how tough it is to sleep when you're so uncomfortable. Good thing that you're seeing an orthopedist, be sure to ask any questions you have - and he's bound to have suggestions about what might help - and give you a timetable on what to expect. I've been there, too and I know it takes time. I'm just hoping that you're able to rest and feeling much better than you were...

And we did have a snowstorm on Thursday night - I had to drive home in it. I'm really not up for this, seems like last winter's snow that continued into spring was just over yesterday.

Please take care driving. There are people out there who freak driving in snow, even a dusting. They cause dangerous situations.

Nitey-nite and 💙!

And I should be used to driving in snow, but I hate it. I know what you mean about people who freak out. I used to spend time with my grandmother in NC and even a dusting - that wouldn't even concern me - led to closings and people freaking out on the roads...

And I agree it's easier to skip eating than it is to go without sleep. Get as much rest as you can right now.
