How Provisional Ballots Were Turned Into a Tool of Voter Suppression
Congressman Bob Ney and Steny Hoyer worked together across the isle to create the Help America Vote Act which Republicans have since twisted into a tool of voter suppression, like what we saw in Texas, Georgia, and around the country, but just how did this happen to a bill that was supposed to help us vote, not hinder participation in the electoral process?
