The sniffing in the debate put it in plain sight. Everything about Trump mindset (visions of grandeur,(racist) paranoia, abject lack of empathy...) to his actions(obviously the sniffing but certainly the determination to keep his "Script Doctor' close, insomniac rage toilet tweeting, hyperagression, nonsensical, self centered babbling

Clearly why Trump has never allowed a true physical to be done and revealed on him. In other presidencies a yearly physical was standard and the results made public automatically.

Adderall contains a combination of amphetamine and dextroamphetamine. Amphetamine and dextroamphetamine are central nervous system stimulants that affect chemicals in the brain and nerves that contribute to hyperactivity and impulse control.

Adderall is used to treat narcolepsy and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Apparently, it can be used for weight loss as well, which is supposedly how trump started using it.
