SNL - It's a Wonderful Trump Cold Open

Donald Trump (Alec Baldwin) gets his wish to have never been president granted and sees how the lives of Michael Cohen (Ben Stiller), Brett Kavanaugh (Matt Damon), Robert Mueller (Robert De Niro) and more have changed in an alternate reality.

I started posting these for the same reason I started posting Colbert, etc. I know that a lot of DUers don't stay up as late as I do - and some don't have cable or TV - and I figured that we need humor here now more than ever, so I started posting political humor where we can find it. It sure has helped me get through these times...

I wait for the Cold Open, since that's the reliably political one - and you never know who's going to show up, LOL. And Weekend Update. Other than that, I see what's on offer. And I missed half of Weekend Update since I changed the channel during Miley Cyrus.

The Cold Open is always the high point of the show - you never know who's going to show up!

Wishing you a wonderful holiday, as well!

If I recall correctly, he referenced the problem in his first appearance.

At this point, his temper is well known and documented. But he's so talented that it doesn't affect his career.

The same gut that he uses to make important decisions.

What a deal! The producers, writers and performers get to live rent-free in Drumpf property (his tiny, little, infantile mind). OK, it's a vastly overvalued property, but then... what's new?

telling the truth.

Not one thing they did was embellished.. in fact they down played it.

And, wouldn't you know.. trump is giving it more publicity.. he's their PR man.

Where has he been for 40 years?? It's their stock and trade! Clumsy Ford, clueless Reagan and HW Bush became friends with Dana Carvey! And more recently, Hillary Clinton appeared alongside Kate McKinnon as Hillary Clinton!
