have a big "stop kakistrocracy" on the back of my car... one of those words we learn in history class, but never thought it would apply to us (U.S.)

When Stanislav Andreski first coined the term, he was referring to former soviet-bloc countries attempting to morph toward democracy. Who ever thought we would see it in practice here in the US ?
