In one of the court cases, Trump's defense made a claim. The opposition argued that the defense was not true, and one of the proofs was a tweet he did. The Court agreed, and cited the tweet as evidence that the Trump defense had no merit.

I forget the exact issue. If it comes to me, I'll update.
