The summary at the video makes the point that if America is looking for a problem-solver to help fix the country's major problems, can we really look to someone who not only prefers to fix even small problems with the wrong tools, they then goes on to make matters worse by covering up their mistaken 'solutions' with even worse patches and band-aids.

It may only be parable of how Mitt operates, but it sure drives home the point. KEEP THAT MAN AWAY FROM THE NUCLEAR CODES - he may just enter his pin number in to see if it works -- he isn't just a man of wrong solutions, he's the last to correct his mistakes even when it is obvious to everyone else around him.

I'm so glad there are others who are as mortified at this repair as I am. I don't know what's scarier -- the potential for an electrical fire because it's the wrong type bulb, the tin-foil/duct tape combo, or the family pride. Let's just be grateful he's not responsible for the levees in Louisiana.
