What he's not saying is that if the court ends Obamacare, there is no insurance replacement available.

The judge ending Obamacare doesn't get to pick one of the GOP policies that nobody has seen in any implementable legislative form and implement it. Congress has to vote it in. Can anyone hear forget what it took to get Obamacare through Congress?
