Well ... Mr Shapiro does have a face made for radio.

His shtick has always been to be offensive while playing the 'little ol' moi ici' coy bit. The interviewer was spot on. He held Mr Shapiro accountable for his statements and focused calmly exactly on content.

Mr Shapiro was exposed for what he is, an empty attention seeker; agent provocateur who uses language to provoke a response, much like a young child who uses foul language to get attention.

After Mr S gets his mouth washed out with truth soap, he walks away claiming victory.

It was a total joy to watch Mr Shapiro get his comeuppance.

3. I've never heard of

Ben Shapiro - in fact, I thought he was Ben Stein (the Bueller? Anyone? guy).

Shapiro was way out of line in that interview - he must have been running scared because he was being asked to explain his position. Kind of like an oral exam in college.
