Especially folks now like Trump who need a "wag the dog" little war.

But for most of us, it 'brings only to the undertaker'

Great song, great vid! Thanks.

where I grew up in the inner city, I was too young to go to Vietnam war, but watched the some of the first live war neighborhood boys go from every block around me. Several had that 1,000 yard stare when they got back and many had problems later in life. I remember the riots, the National Guard on one corner and the Black Panthers on the other corner. Business owners had guns and stood out front of their stores armed. There were curfews and dad would sit on the couch pushed up to the door with his pistol because they were kicking in doors at times. Had my first helo ride in a Guard chopper then when they lifted the curfews to pacify the people I guess.

But for those too young to remember, it was an ugly time. We don't want to go back to another useless war. So what's this about a false flag, drones hitting pipelines and whatever to the tankers? Smells like "Gulf of Tonkin" all over again.

Greek Town is on my frequent visitors list when in the vicinity. I still crave grilled lamp chops, a greek salad and the best rice pudding ever. I rent a car when I visit in the area. It gives me the freedom to go where my hosts may not.

Bruce Springsteen does a good cover of this, but nothing equals the original.

What happened to Edwin Starr? Great voice, was he a one-hit-wonder? Did his career go bad after such a strong anti-war statement?
