You cannot change just the economic system and think that everything will work out. You also need to ensure that a country has a very strong, vibrant, corruption-free, violence-free, honest democratic system where everyone has a voice and can express it without fear of retribution. Second, you need to have a Social Justice system that moves the nation away from punishment and vengeance and into repairing and healing.

Socialism under an authoritarian state will fail.

I dislike listening to him as well. The bad acoustics in his home studio and the fact that his sound engineer likes to add extra bass and reverb doesn't help matters either.

I guess it's just the way kids talk these days... the tempo and the tone and inflection. Ugh.
