6. Standard dirty trick

to try to discredit someone.

Not too difficult to manipulate a video to show the slurring/drunk effect, even a 400 lb teenager in his mother's basement could do it. Slow the video, then up the voice pitch back up to normal.

Add it to the list of other stuff in the 'dirty tricks' toolbox being thrown at US viewers. It's only going to get worse.

Good to see it's been detected. Hopefully it can be traced back to a source. And the perp asked 'please explain'.
