at hurricanes and thought, "Why not go one better?" It's a combination of stupidity and craziness.

We've had stupid people in the Executive Branch in the past: Reagan, Quayle, and Dubya--but they were relatively sane. Agent Orange takes ineptitude to a new level. He's a danger to himself and others (the economy, the media, people of color, all females of all ages, Democracy, etc.). Not that those are important, mind you. They're just not important to knuckle-draggers in red states.
