or a "lard ass" or what have you. It seems if a man comments on a woman's physical appearance it is labeled as sexist. Sorry, I do see a double standard. I do agree as a chubby woman, that a female with the same proportions would have a hell of a time getting elected,(I know because I am treated quite differently than when I was 115lbs which was 50lbs ago) but that really wasn't what I was commenting on. The only reason that this has me thinking is because of a conversation/debate I had with a dear old friend. He is overweight and is positive that he has been alone much of his adult life because of it. Woman are not the only ones to "be held prisoner by superficiality and unrealistic body image" and that men are attracted to a woman for physical beauty and women attracted to men for "intelligence and sense of humor" It is basically all bull. Both are attracted to physical appearance. I know I am. I like good looking men.
