Inslee is doing yeomans work on the epidemic here in Washington state. I'm so glad he's our governor. Not sugarcoating anything, not being overly alarmed, but working to get things done. Also, he was quite good on Rachel last night.

If Inslee were president, this nation's current problems -- test kit production and distribution, regular presidential updates and press conferences, the CDC's change of behavior toward the public -- wouldn't even be happening.

This country doesn't even know how lucky it is to have Jay Inslee, who will probably put Washington state, once again, ahead of the curve in producing models for handling coronavirus in the long term.
