16. And for years and years Lake Worth Utilities were

50% higher than anywhere else in the county. My last bill in that city purview was $535 and that was in 1998. An electric bill that was at that time as high as the rents were going. It was being run like Enron. Even today look up how much you'll be charged to turn on the electric and Hardy was right to get it turned BACK on is ridiculous.
