I ran into the toilet paper shortage at least 2 weeks ago, before we were even talking about it. I just had it on my list when I stopped at the store and was baffled when the shelves were empty of the kind I usually get. I thought there must have been a sale. So I drove a couple of miles to the other Hannaford in town and got the very last package. Fortunately, it was a large one and there's still plenty left because there's none at all available in my town now.
