I know that many of us are struggling with stress and anxiety these days. This 10 minute meditation helps me and I wanted to share.

(251 posts)I love meditation and mindfulness. ❤️ I have PTSD, and anxiety, so I practice everyday to centre myself otherwise I wouldnt know which way is up. 🤪🥰

(7,496 posts)I've done chakra/color meditations in the past and they were all overly-long and complicated. I love that this is straightforward and simple. I did it just now in my office chair and achieved a very pleasant and relaxed zone-out!
