That "maybe conservatism is, at heart, good after all". There is no good thing about unity when the guy you're linking arms with is carrying an AR-15. And THAT is what it comes to.
Who financed this perverse, flag-waving carnival of denial? Probably not immigrants, minorities or people of conscience. If the conspirators of misinformation think it's working, expect a lot more of it. Remember, this is a close game. There is no hope with ANY MORE "conservative" successes!
