tRump claimed early March that he didn't touch his face FOR WEEKS!! (because he knew how serious this was)!

If he hadn't touched his face for weeks on 3/4/2020, THEN HE MUST HAVE KNOWN THIS WAS A BIG DEAL since maybe, well, the times he was told about it, as mentioned in the OP, but he DID and DOES NOT CARE about YOUR LIFE or the lives of most Americans.
