Let's assume that she isn't deliberately misrepresenting what the Obama administration did or didn't do:
1.The Obama administration left a virtual library of information, carefully crafted by expert epidemiologists and vetted by others, for Trump and his people.
2. Obama left office in January of 2017. Trump and his people have been responsible for planning for pandemics for, oh, let's see, most of 2017, all of 2018, all of 2019 -- and they were unable to provide masks because Obama left the cupboards bare?
Kayleigh is a sycophant. She's not inherently stupid nor is she uneducated, but her thought processes are clouded by her nearness to Trump, as is her conscience and her quickly shrinking sense of decency. Like all presidential media flaks, she is just a terrible, terrible person who would watch millions of us little people die gasping for breath and still cling to her president, bask in his dubious aura, and feast at his table. Her star will fade quickly if -- and I suspect it is a big "if" -- we manage to throw the bums out in November.
But she'll always have a place at Fox or one of the new Neo-fascist cable stations Trump loves so much.
