The scary part is because Trump has systematically gotten rid of the best and brightest, who's left to lead and make the decisions that affect all of us?? 
Thank you for that, Rhiannon! It frightens me that Trump is getting rid of the best and brightest minds in this area. We need these people if we have any chance of dealing with this crisis and he just wants to get rid of them because he thinks they make him look bad - which, of course, they do - but that is entirely his fault.
This is a desperate situation and we need all the help we can get from the best people we have and he just wants to muzzle them. I find this terrifying and I honestly don't think we can survive another four years of this kind of insanity.

I thought this was important for those who hadn't seen it. I completely agree that this is scary as hell, we're in the depths of a horrible national crisis - which Trump has made worse by the day - and here he's getting rid of those who have some hope of helping us. How this is allowed to happen in this country is positively insane! And yet Obama wore that tan suit...
