More likely he is lying and will come to heel like the good dog he is.

Barr seems to be signaling his belief in an imperial presidency applies to Democratic Presidents/VPs as well.

…..more of an inoculation against the Democrats raising criminal allegations against the stealing of the election from us. Or other acts of corruption.

He disguises it under nice and even tones but we know how they will behave.

This is kabuki with Trump playing his part. "Surprised"? Hardly. It's choreographed.

Remember at the end of Administrations,Amnesty for that administration is the usual game.

This is not Barr's first Rodeo,he is known in DC as the go to Guy for Pardons and get out of jail free cards.
