I've met some of these buisness superstars. Thin-skinned as a balloon, towering ego, quite uncomfortable with anyone below their lofty status. Personal loyalty and fealty means far more to them than ability in a subordinate - and you better be subordinate!

I have met that type, too. They think they can tell you what you're supposed to think, and you'd better just nod your head. (Whether they are your actual boss or not).
I want nothing to do with people like that!
