Two of President Donald Trump’s Nevada events in Reno and Las Vegas were abruptly canceled due to 50-person limits on gatherings under state coronavirus rules. The campaign found alternative sites. Meanwhile at the White House, the president presented the Medal of Honor to Sgt. Pat Payne for his role in the rescue of 75 captives held by ISIS in 2015.
