I think he has been getting ripped off right and left by people on his campaign. How do you blow almost a billion dollars and have next to nothing to show for it? Rather fitting, being Trump has been ripping people off his entire life.

Huge amounts are being funneled to the crime family and high-level staffers via self-deals (see Parscale's homes/cars). Isn't that how the Fanta Menace bled money out of his businesses to enrich himself before bankrupting the businesses and leaving creditors and shareholders holding the bag?

He can wander around in the heat until he finds some empty water bottles that have been slashed open, and then — as he lies in the hot dirt staring into the sun without eye protection one last time — die of a scorpion attack.

That’s the gentlest demise I can recommend for Trump.

3. What's not included is the money they've stiffed from cities
Tue Sep 15, 2020, 09:19 AM

Aside from the cities who have actually hosted his rallies and were never reimbursed for security and other unbudgeted expenses, there's the RNC debaucle.

Consider these headlines:

RNC preparations cost city of Jacksonville $154,000
President Trump canceled Republican Convention in city due to covoronavirus surge
Source: News4Jax -- Sept. 3

Auditors determined that more than $153,602.68 was spent on planning the event -- with 45% that on overtime pay to Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office employees and another 45% to an outside firm hired to help secure federal grants. The remaining 10% of the money went to overtime to Jacksonville Fire-Rescue and other city employees.

JEA spent $238,000 to prepare for Republican National Convention. It likely won't be reimbursed.
That brings the total of RNC-related costs to $392,000.
Source: First Coast News -- September 9
The city-owned utility's expenses continue to undermine statements made by Mayor Lenny Curry and his aides, who aggressively courted the event and said local taxpayers wouldn't pay anything to host it. City Council auditors last week revealed the city could likely absorb $154,000 in overtime pay and consulting fees related to the event.

You can probably guess Lemon Curry's political affiliation.

almost $12,000 from his MAGAt rally 3 years ago. I know that’s small potatoes compared to his other thefts...but still. We have to make that up as taxpayers. Fuck that guy.

To Trump money and prestige are everything. To say he is fast losing both is to say he is really nothing.

Like many of the Lincoln Project ads, this is intended primarily for an audience of one.

Agree 100% on the "audience of one"
The poke at "what's he gotten for all that money?" makes him look foolish both as being "bested" by Parscale et al and failing to get his poll numbers up. That's not "being a killer" as Mary repeatedly tells us Fred raised him to be.
