Sen. Bernie Sanders gives a speech on the integrity of the upcoming Nov. 3 election at George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He addresses comments President Trump made about whether he would commit to a peaceful transfer of power if he lost the November election. The speech is Sanders' first in-person event since he ended his presidential bid in the spring.
