If there is no answer or the subject obfuscates, thank them for their time and end the interview.

This should be coordinated between all reporters, all shows, all networks, all interviews with Trump medical people or minions. No propagada or other interviews until this one question is answered.

It's disturbing that we've reached a point where any White House spokesman would think such non-answers are acceptable. The conclusions I find inescapable: (1) There is utterly no regard for facts or truth whatsoever; (2) there is no shame; (3) they've concluded the American populace is so ignorant and so easily manipulated that insults to the intelligence like this are a smart and effective strategy.
