(1,105 posts)won't be surprised if they don't but I will always be grateful for what they did and hope the DNC is paying attention to how they framed their message and learned from them.
If you were paying attention to the composition of their ads, every one that spoke to the people of the country included scenes from rural America and rural Americans.
Thank you Lincoln Project.

(42,862 posts)... would be to acknowledge that our veterans, those wounded, or killed, or held captive... would no longer be called "SUCKERS" and "LOSERS"
What a beautiful representation of this moment.

(14,173 posts)I just wonder why the Democratic party can't make a post election ad like this. Toot their own horn. Lay it out how much better it will be. We are giving away a lot of messaging and media marketing to a group of Republicans. We still do not understand or worse, think it is unnecessary, to use social media, as part of any organized plan to help to communicate more widely, even in 2020. We still...barely won the Presidency, and lost seats we wanted in the House and Senate. To one of the most incompetent, corrupt, self-absorbed dangerous liar ever to hold office.
AOC is right,

The real problem, said Ocasio-Cortez, was that the party lacked core competencies to run campaigns.
Theres a reason Barack Obama built an entire national campaign apparatus outside of the Democratic National Committee, she told the Times Astead Herndon. And theres a reason that when he didnt activate or continue that, we lost House majorities. Because the party in and of itself does not have the core competencies, and no amount of money is going to fix that.
