Heaadline here might better be that Pakman explains why, what Trump said, was a concession.

Most of the time, he (and that Alberto Willis guy) use thumbnail images (default images) that make it appear as though it's a video from MSNBC, or CNN, or C-Span.

There's a reason for that... they get more money for clicks. The more clicks they get, the more likely their video (or channel) will be recommended by Youtube to others on the Youtube site.

Bottom line: it's deceptive (and that's why I'll always go directly to the original video on Youtube and give it a thumbsdown AND I'll report it for being deceptive by garnering clicks with fake and inappropriate thumbnail/default images.)
