I like that it makes the point that the people within the corporation already have their individual input, but the artificial entity has different motivations from real people, and may summon vast resources to drown out other voices, thus skewing the decision-making processes to protect itself from liability, and to further profit.
(not that they haven't for generations, but Citizens United pulled the curtain back, saying no more need to be circumspect or coy: go for it!)
