They may have bought ad-time at this location... and this may be a true "representation" of the ad... but (in my estimation) this particular video doesn't look as though it were recorded live. The stationary nature of the tripod mounted camera and everything being perfectly framed doesn't help matters either. That just makes it easier to overlay a graphic. --- I wish this was more of a handheld video camera (or something made with a smartphone.)
This group already has a habit of boasting about new billboards (and showing something that appears to be an "actual photo" of their latest) but Google image searches easily show that it's a stock-image background of a blank-billboard (ie: Your Ad Here) and they have indeed photoshopped their ad there.
Things like that make me wonder if the money and donations they collect for billboards is actually being spent on billboards, or just spent on concept artwork (well-done, mind you) but I'd hope that we could get actual photos of the actual billboard (from different angles).
