to have you questioning Rachel, not Garland.

AP corrected themselves on the Wilbur Ross lie, will Rachel correct herself? She doesn't say Garland refused to prosecute but she also doesn't mention these were DOJ referrals made during the William Barr DOJ.

Either they're fearful of a boomerang in a future GOP administration, or Garland is no politician and can't see the destruction of ethics as particularly harmful. Wonder if they're reading the political balance in the country. Would this be the same decision if we held solid Congressional and state majorities?
