The last think I would /ever/ do is sit on that sidewalk!! I could be wrong, but it looks like it is in San Francisco, pretty close to the Civic Center on Market (around Market & 6th, or Market & 7th). It is a sketchy part of town, tons of drug users (and thus vomit) and such. This couple seemed to fit right in and get comfortable on the sidewalk. Ick! People walking their dogs, spitting, barfing. *shudder*

They're by the entrance to the Pike Brewery's 'Tankard & Tun' restaurant, and the second video started inside the Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory.

(The Providence Vincent House is a 60-unit subsidized housing facility for seniors on a fixed-income. The victim doesn't work there - he is living there.)

I go past that corner weekly, and they were sitting in the doorway of a T-Shirt shop - it's the door they don't use, but they do have a security guy that's always clearing people out of there.

Spent many happy hours in the Pike Brewpub.

how he doesn’t like being a victim. I guess for this guy he loved seeing black people pepper sprayed by cops but not so much when it happens to him.

The guy he was harassing tried to avoid the situation but this racist did not take the hint. Sadly, I doubt that he learned anything from this.

15. Performance? No, he really is a whiney little loser.

I just went through a couple of the other videos he had posted on his YouTube channel, and he comes across as very tRump-like in his victimhood. It's never *his* fault, and he's just some poor misunderstood person that's always being picked on.

His comments section is a wonderland of people calling him out as fully deserving of the pepper spraying, and making fun of his reaction to being held accountable for his being an asshole.
