I highly recommend you watch the movie Picture a Scientist, if you have not already done so. As a mid-career scientist myself, I can attest that all of these things are still happening today to women STEM professional. The sexual harassment that Dr. Willenbring endured is not as common, but the many micro aggressions are still prevalent.
