5. There has to be a way a lawyer can prosecute this SOB, there is intent

His defense would be that "he was doing the best he thought for the state of Florida", and if that were the case then that makes him unfit to govern. He is guilty of deaths, there is no question about that, he knows some people will die if infected, mostly the older population of Florida.

There has to be a law somewhere where a good lawyer can prove intent to commit murder. It is scientifically proven that masks and vaccines save lives, he has engaged in a thought out campaign against masks and vaccines, he has passed laws that prevent businesses from implementing their own rules regarding safeguards against the pandemic, he has intentionally set things up for mass infection, and mass death.

I don't know that he and his family have been vaccinated, and if that is so then you know his intent against the people of the State of Florida. Murder is murder, you don't have to pull the trigger to commit murder.
