I've don't think I've even heard ISIS and Afghanistan mentioned in the same sentence before, but now this scary group is suddenly organized in Kabul, and threatening the withdrawal?

I don't doubt there are 'security threats', obviously, but ISIS?

Color me skeptical.

5. It isn't a surprise really, I would guess ISIS and this new Tailban have the same financial backing

and it isn't from the masses, it seems to be about privatizing and documenting lands once collectively controlled by tribal groups.
