The SCOTUS Ruling Experts Are Calling 'Stunning, Radical And Terrifying' - All In - MSNBC

The Supreme Court upheld a lower court's order that the Biden administration—against its own wishes and policies—must essentially restart, from scratch, a discontinued Trump administration immigration policy that had caused widespread misery and harm for thousands of asylum seekers. Aired on 08/25/2021.

Trump has been impeached twice fuck him and what he wants.

Biden can tell the repugs to fuck off and die too.

It's time to start playing hardball. What can they do? Trump would ignore them if the position was reversed.

is that usually the SC is the final word.

This decision appears to allow the normal appeals process to higher courts to continue. Obviously, this delays Biden’s policy. And, it sounds like Biden admin is working with Mexico to develop an acceptable arrange.

Personally, I’m for open borders with Mexico, maybe a few restrictions. Canada would be nice too, but doubt they’d want us. Heck, not sure Mexico does either.

you can explain it to me.

SC’s decision was based on lower court ruling, now it moves to next level.

many refugees as we do. The situation there now might not allow it to work though.

Last I heard we imported 1/3 of our produce from Mexico. Maybe I'm oversimplifying, but if that's true, they should at least be able to feed a lot of refugees.

and maybe impeach at least one. Expanding it should be a top priority to do as fast as possible, forget endless studies. The damage being done is swift and can't be reversed without getting Trump appointees out of the majority.

Control of the SCOTUS was on the ballot in 2016 and we are seeing the results of people voting for Stein or staying home
