Dr. Fauci says it's "too soon to tell" whether Americans should avoid gathering for Christmas

Dr. Anthony Fauci, President Biden's chief medical adviser, says that "even if you are vaccinated and you’re in an indoor congregate setting, it just makes sense to wear a mask." Face the Nation 10/03/2021.

And when you go to the doctor or dentist here in New York, that's the first thing they ask you - if you've left the state.

And have acted accordingly. That's why there are now more than 700,000 American deaths. And we know now that he knew the truth about the danger of the virus from Bob Woodward's tapes from the previous February.

Putin's play book: create havoc, illness & death in the USA. Break the healthcare system, schools & govt.

Nancy said it best: with him, all roads lead to Russia.

It's not as personal as her first book, she goes into a lot of U.S. history - and points out that her uncle's policies returned us to a time when prejudice and bigotry were acceptable.

I also have Jimmy Carter's autobiography, also read by the author. I think it means more when they're read by the author - and it keeps me company while I'm driving.

Not interested in seeing anyone but the 4 people in my immediate family. Used to have holiday family gatherings but since Covid and Trump that's all in the past now and I'm fine with it.

And welcome to DU!
