Bannon is Poised to be the "Target" of a Grand Jury Investigation; Trump Poised to be a "Subject"
The House Select Committee has voted to refer Steve Bannon to the Department of Justice for a criminal contempt prosecution. If the full House votes the same way, then Bannon will become the "target" of a grand jury investigation.

...why would he not name a special prosecutor (Kirschner) to investigate and prosecute the orange terrorist's in-our-faces crimes, like Obstruction of Justice, Witness Tampering, Calling Georgia's SoS to "find" votes to make him win, et al??
