anyone. He at least deserves to be heard.

Kirschner is ticked off because he predicted a trump indictment was imminent in early February.

From what I found, there is not one person in the trump organization who can/will testify that any inaccurate financial reports were at trump’s direction other than general management oversight. Without that evidence, it will be tough to convict trump. Bragg is also concerned about resources needed to prosecute. And a loss would be huge. Wish it weren’t that way, but that’s what it looks like at this point.

There was a time where bashing Democrats was not fair. trump just keeps winning as we eat our own.

Justice matters.

One in which rich whites with political connections can commit any crime defined in the criminal code they want (even shooting someone on 5th Avenue) and it's wrong.

The other for the rest of us... where trying to buy cigarettes with a questionable $20 bill gets punished by death without a trial, and it's "double" wrong.

Justice matters.
