She is surrounded by a gaggle of reporters, they are broadcasting everything she says far and wide, she is not answering any question she doesn't want to answer, and she is repeating her rehearsed talking points and getting her "message" out to her supporters.

How many Democratic Congressmen get this kind of attention, are surrounded by reporters wherever they go, and have the opportunity to relay any message they want without answering relevant questions?
